Every Fall, the South Sound Fly Fishers have led a fly tying class through the Olympia Parks Dept. Some of the Fly tying vises we use to teach the class are not in the condition we would like. Our membership chair, Phil Jaramillo, reached out to the Kingfisher Fly Shop, Missoula for a quote for 15 of their Clarkfork Fly Tying Vise Kits with tools. It was a surprise to the Board when Phil told us: “I have received word back from the shop owner and he is donating 15 of the vises and tools at no cost to our SSFF club.”

This generosity not only supports our Fly Tying class, but allows the club to use its funds to further support the conservation and other education efforts of the club. Please consider supporting this business as a thanks from our club.
