The Dale Sweeney award is the highest honor to SSFF members. Even more prestigious than the worthy Alan Harger Award, this honor has seldom been bestowed in the club’s sixty year history. This distinction is for service that has resulted in exceptional value to the continued success and longevity of South Sound Fly Fishers.
In even more stratified instances, members have been recognized for and awarded both the Sweeney and Harger honors. Dave Field is the newest entry into this very small group. The presentation was made November 6th to Dave and his family members.
