Good video! I’m glad that you emphasized not taking fish out of the water. And I suggest not using your hands to release. Take a picture while they are in the net and in the water, and then just release the fish when it recovers and is ready to swim out of the net.
I use a simple cup-hook extractor which runs down the line and under the hook and when you pull the line down the hook extracts easily without damaging the fish’s mouth. This way I never touch the fish, If you want to see how this works I’ll send you a couple pictures.
